In early 2006, the Board of Directors determined, after a feasibility study, to launch a $7,000,000 fund raising campaign to begin building a permanent community. The funds raised during this campaign will pay for the construction of Phase 1.

The first phase of development will include six supervised residences for men and women with mild to moderate intellectual and developmental disabilities, educational and vocational business centers, a chapel, recreational opportunities and administrative offices.

Each residence will offer a family atmosphere and will be home to eight adults. The residences will provide the highest quality trained staff and the best living experiences for citizens. The vocation and business centers will provide personal growth and development opportunities and generate revenues to help meet Community operating expenses.

Other facilities will enhance social, emotional and spiritual growth.  All residents and day program participants will be provided services at the appropriate level of intensity based on their specific needs.
