EXECUTIVE COORDINATOR [FULL-TIME]
Reports to: Operations Director
Job Summary: Provides support to Executive Staff. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within an environment that is mission-driven, results-driven, and community oriented. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and will possess good written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. The ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities is imperative. The Executive Assistant must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Responsibilities:
Provide support services to the Executive Staff ensuring outstanding communication and responsiveness
Provide calendar management, prioritize inquires and requests, make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
Support for with internal and external communications
Conduct research and analysis
Support and manage requests and projects to meet objectives
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations and reports
Complete expense reports and manage correspondence with vendors
Serve as a liaison to the Board of Directors
Assist in the preparations of some regularly scheduled reports for Staff and Board of Directors
Maintain quality filing and communications systems
Support ED with Capital Campaign, Major Gift Donors, and Grant Donors and Funder relations and reports
Maintain Board, Capital Campaign, Major Donor and Grant lists
Assist in other administrative tasks as needed
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Passion for Wings mission and individuals with special needs
Working knowledge of office equipment, like computers and printers
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Presentation Software, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and function independently
Attention to detail and problem-solving/analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and multi-task
Requirements:
Ability to work some evenings and weekends as necessary
Eager to work with and empower volunteers to increase Wings’ capacity
Meet physical requirements to safely perform assigned duties
Qualifications & Experience: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
