Community Living Residence
Our first Community Living Residence is designed to support independence, comfort, and connection.
Located within our beautiful 75-acre community, the home includes four separate apartment-style
living spaces, thoughtfully designed to feel both personal and welcoming.
Each apartment features its own living and dining area, full kitchen, pantry, and laundry space.
Within each apartment are three private bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, allowing residents
to enjoy privacy while still being part of a shared living environment.
A centrally located office provides a consistent staff presence when residents are home. Common areas and
exterior spaces are equipped with security cameras as part of our broader approach to oversight and accountability, supporting
a well-managed and thoughtfully monitored environment while honoring the independent nature of the Community Living model.

$4,995 / month
Wings Community Living Program Includes:
- Private bedroom + bathroom in three-person apartment
- Furniture + Utilities + Supplies + Internet + Janitorial + Landscaping
- Three nutritious meals daily + Snacks + Drinks
- Scheduled awake staffing
- Wings Day Program + Social Club
- Most Community activities + Local transportation
Additional Costs:

10. Onsite and Overnight Visits
11. Move-In Scheduled and Tuition Deposit
